Museum & Symphony... Aren't we civilized? (25)
Our afternoon at the Albertina museum was truly lovely, but could not top our night listening to the Vienna Philharmonic. -
The Spanish Riding School of Vienna (21)
On our walking tour with Franz, we passed the Spanish Riding School of Vienna, an equestrian academy that was established in the mid-1500s for Royal entertainment. We cruised the Advent markets, visited the Residenz, where the Prince-Archbishop resided, and watched the city atop a rooftop bar -
Nightlife in Salzburg (14)
We saw a Mozart concert in the Hohensalzburg Fortress, visited a brewery run by a Monasterey, took long nighttime walks and socialized with some cool locals -
Alpine Skiing (14)
We took a day trip to nearby Obertauern, an awesome ski village. -
First Few days in Salzburg (16)
Our arrival to this Austrian gem was welcoming. Salzburg is a gorgeous city rich in culture and history ... a feast for the eyes and the ears! -
Our Salzburg apartment (14)
As we said in the blog, we happened upon a listing for this rental on Craigslist. Staying here for 9 days made for a truly wonderful experience in Salzburg!
